As an Alumna of The Atelier for Young Festival Managers (Slovenia 2012), I travelled to the general assembly of the European Festivals Association in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina in February 2014 to take part in the discussions that would form the beginning of The Festival Academy, a network of festival managers and directors across the world. The Academy is used to collaborate, educate and advocate for culture and the arts all over the globe, and it runs the Atelier for Young Festival Managers and training for production managers across the world. Some of my reflections on the experience of the Atelier for Young Festival Managers are featured in one of the European Festival Association's books, Cahier de l'Atelier #2.

In June 2020, I participated in a new initiative, The Atelier for Solidarity, which brought artists and arts festival managers from around the world to collectively respond to the COVID-19 crisis. Together we are developing a digital toolkit to inform the global arts response. During the Atelier for Solidarity, I also facilitated online dance parties as part of the final night 'concert' and performed an improvised movement response to the work of two participating musicians from Italy and Brazil.
